Monkey Bread Cupcakes with Banana and Chocolate

Monkey bread is sticky, gooey, covers in cinnamon and sugar and just plain tasty. These monkey bread cupcakes take that idea and spin it a bit. The dough is rolled into a ball around some banana slices and chocolate bits, before dunked in melted butter and cinnamon and sugar. Each ball then goes into a cupcake liner (although it’s more fun to squeeze two into one liner to evoke the real thing) and baked before being coated in a sugar-y, cinnamon-y glaze.
