Turning chocolate cupcakes upside sounds messy at first. Of course, once you realize that the frosting is added after they are turned upside down, that worry quickly goes away. These chocolate spice cupcakes get their flavor from cocoa powder, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and molasses. After they are baked, cooled and turned upside down, liquid-y chocolate ganache is drizzled on top. Sprinkle on some candied ginger for extra flavor and then serve!
