Biscoff is a spread made from Biscoff cookies. It’s very similar to Nutella, but, obviously, made from something entirely different. It is used in this cupcake recipe – alongside chocolate and several other ingredients, like unsalted butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and chocolate cake mix. The frosting can be any variety – this one uses vanilla buttercream – as the best part is the melted Biscoff spread and bits of Biscoff cookies that go on top. They are the real showstoppers here.
