What’s better than a chocolate cupcake? A chocolate cupcake with a chocolate truffle stuffed in it of course! These somewhat traditional chocolate cupcakes (the recipe uses bittersweet chocolate, buttermilk, cake flour, vanilla and a bunch of other more-standard ingredients) have chocolate truffles in the center. Simply place some of the batter in the cupcake liner, place a truffle (or two) in it, and then cover with more batter. Top with chocolate buttercream frosting and another truffle. Decadent and tasty!
